Positives: according to my research into MCT oils, this is a good product, with a high component of medium chain triglycerides. IF you can tolerate stevia, it tastes okay, too. I have been able to digest it pretty well, with only minor tummy upsets.
Negative: if, like me, you get a really bitter aftertaste from stevia, it tastes bad. Really, really bad: the stevia punches you in the mouth with a split second of hyper sweetness, followed immediately with a long lingering bitter taste. It’s a bit like taking a relatively large volume of terrible tasting medicine.
