Fantastic product, really helps me stay on top of hydration particularly since reducing the amount of carbs I am eating. I have about 2,5L of this stuff throughout the day and never get sick of it. I find that a full scoop is a bit too sweat for my liking so I put in slightly less and it usually does the trick.
