PerfectAmino ingredients contain the eight essential amino acids:

  • Tryptophan encourages the release of serotonin and melatonin.
  • Lysine deficiency can result in a deficiency in niacin (Vitamin B). It is beneficial in treating and preventing herpes.
  • Methionine supplies sulphur and other compounds required by the body for normal metabolism and growth.
  • Valine is needed for muscle metabolism, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body.
  • Leucine stimulates muscle protein synthesis and may be the major fuel involved in anabolic (tissue building) reactions.
  • Isoleucine is important for blood sugar regulation, muscle development and repair and energy regulation.
  • Threonine is important for antibody production. It can be converted into glycine and serine.

    I think this is a good product however these tablets are really hard to swallow. I have no issue taking fistful of large tablets like fish oil, Magnesium 8 tablets at once. However these tablets are not smooth and are really difficult to swallow, I have to swallow 1 tablet at a time and it’s still difficult.

    I was a bit of skeptical about the claim the product made, but after listening to their presentation and did some online research, I decided to give it a go.

    I tried the product without telling my wife, as she was even more skeptical about all the similar products.

    One month into the trial, one day, she asked me, “what have you done to your face? Have you stolen my skincare stuff?”

    “What?”, said I, “no such a thing. I have no idea about your skincare stuff.” She said, but you face was different; it looked smoother and shining. I started to notice the different too.

    Been taking these (2×5 per day) for approx 3 weeks now and its to soon to make any definitive conclusions, but…. the nagging pain in a back injury has finally gone and I seem to sleep deeper and need less.
    Will keep taking for the next couple of months and watch closely.
    Dont notice any difference between taking the coated or non-coated tablets, they go down with some juice all the same.

How to use

Perfect_amino_usage_chart

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Maximum daily intake should not exceed 30 tablets.
  • * It is okay to take PerfectAmino with food, such as fruits, vegetables or grains, but try to AVOID taking with other fats or proteins (wait at least 30 minutes before or 1-2 hours after eating fats or proteins).
  • If taking 2 or more doses per day, wait at least 2 hours between dosages (no more than 10 tablets in a 2 hour period.)
  • It is best to take PerfectAmino every day, no matter what. If you happen to take it at the “wrong time” or with other proteins or fats, that is okay, and is far better than not taking it at all.
  • Quantity per serving depends on gender and weight. Please see the infographic below for recommendations on how many tablets to take based on your weight.
