HOW TO TAKE:

While magnesium causes a noticeable relaxation in our body, the best way to determine the proper amount to take is via our bowels.
Magnesium has a diuretic effect, bringing water to our intestine. If our intestines absorb the magnesium, bringing it into the blood stream for use in the body, there is very little left in the intestine.
However, when we take more than our body needs, more will be left in the intestine to collect water.
So, too little and we can have constipation, too much and we can have diarrhea.
What we want is a soft stool, no more, no less. When we have that then we are taking enough.
