DOSAGE
Mix 1 scoop with 300-500ml of cold water. Can also be mixed with juice, a smoothie,
or added to coffee. Do not mix with other protein supplements.
SERVING SIZE
1 scoop (5g) per serving. Available in 30 and 60 serve sizes.
TIMING
For best results take on an empty stomach, either 30 minutes before eating or
1-2 hours after a meal. If taken 20-30 minutes before training it may be absorbed
by the time your workout begins.
FOR GENERAL HEALTH
Take 2 servings first thing in the morning. May add a third serving 1-4 hours before bed.
FOR TRAINING AND RECOVERY
Take 2 servings 20-30 minutes before training. Add 1-2 servings post-training.
